Why traders use Fleepo
Buying at auction is a numbers game. Fleepo does the numbers for every lot, so you only look at the cars worth your time.
Get your evenings back
No more scrolling thousands of lots across several sites. One search gives you a short list that fits how you buy.
Stop overpaying at auction
Every auction car comes with a maximum bid: the most you can pay and still hit your margin. Walk away when the price passes it.
See the real margin, not the headline price
Fees, VAT, transport, repairs and a buffer for surprises are all counted before a car is called a deal.
Avoid the cars that bite
Non-runners, flood damage, missing logbooks, high mileage and far-away yards are flagged with a clear risk score.
How it works
Set your rules once. Fleepo does the reading and the sums every time you search.

Questions
Does Fleepo buy cars for me?
No, and that is deliberate. Fleepo does the slow part: reading the listings, costing every car and ranking them. You keep control of the money. You check the photos, make the call and buy on the auction site with your own account. Nothing is ever bought automatically.
Which auctions does it cover?
The big UK salvage auctions such as Copart and IAA, as well as other UK salvage and trade auctions. Buy It Now and timed auction lots are both covered. If the same car is listed on two sites, Fleepo flags it so you can buy at the lower price.
How accurate are the values?
Every value starts from real market data: the auction's own valuation of that car, or what similar cars are listed at right now. Fleepo then applies the discount that write-off category really sells at, and takes off fees, VAT, transport, repairs and a buffer. Nothing is hidden: click any figure and you see the sum behind it, so you can sense-check a deal in seconds. The numbers are deliberately cautious, because a car that still makes money on cautious numbers is a car worth buying. As with any estimate, check the actual car before you pay.
Do the figures assume I repair the car?
Yes, because that is where the margin is. Fleepo assumes you repair the car and sell it as a roadworthy car, and builds a repair allowance for the type of damage into every cost. You can set your own repair, transport and buffer figures, so the numbers match how your workshop actually works, not a generic guess.
Which write-off categories does Fleepo support?
Every category sold at UK auctions: Cat N, Cat S, Cat B, Cat X, the older Cat C and Cat D, and uncategorised cars that are not write-offs at all. You choose which ones each campaign searches, and each category is valued at the level it really sells at. Cat A cars must be crushed, so they are never sold and never shown.
What do the write-off categories mean?
Cat N: non-structural damage, back on the road once repaired. Cat S: structural damage, back on the road after a proper structural repair. Cat C and Cat D: the older categories used before October 2017 (D for lighter damage, C for heavier). Cat X: stolen and recovered, often with light damage. Cat B: the body must be crushed, but the parts can be sold, so Fleepo values it as parts only. Cat A: crush only. Uncategorised: not an insurance write-off, and the only kind Motorway buys.
Do I need my own auction accounts?
Yes, to buy. Fleepo never signs in to your auction accounts and never bids for you. It simply tells you which cars are worth your money and the most you should pay.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many cars you buy and which auctions you use. Apply for a demo and we will run Fleepo on your own buying rules first, so you can see the deals it finds for you before you decide anything.
